These terms are intended to govern use of the ONCEFORMED website and any purchase made through it once live commerce opens. The final version must identify the legal operator and effective date. By using the live site or placing an order, a visitor will be asked to agree to the terms then in effect.

A purchaser must be legally able to enter a binding contract and provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Orders may be declined or cancelled when information cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, export or destination restrictions apply, or fulfillment would be unlawful or unsafe.

Each available product page refers to one physical stone or piece of jewelry. The images, Record No., measurements, disclosures, price, and status belong to that exact object. Representative images and random fulfillment are not used.

Placing a piece in a checkout flow does not guarantee a sale. The site may temporarily reserve the object while PayPal approval is completed. The order is confirmed only after successful payment capture and system acceptance. If checkout fails or expires, the reservation may be released.

Reasonable care is taken to describe and photograph each piece accurately. Screen settings, lighting, scale, and natural variation can affect appearance. Origin, treatment, natural status, certificates, and other claims are stated only at the evidence level shown on the exact piece’s page. Unknown or supplier-stated information is not converted into an independent guarantee.

Published prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the page states otherwise. Before live orders open, the checkout must clearly state whether shipping, duties, taxes, brokerage, insurance, or customization charges are included or added.

Payments are processed through PayPal. PayPal may apply its own eligibility, account, currency-conversion, fraud-review, and payment terms. ONCEFORMED does not store full card credentials or a purchaser’s PayPal password.

A clear pricing, availability, identity, or technical error may require an order to be cancelled and refunded. ONCEFORMED should not substitute another stone without the purchaser’s explicit agreement. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by this clause.

An order is handed to the courier within 14 business days unless a different custom-work timeline is agreed in writing. This period is used to prepare the exact Stone Record, QR link, order-specific packaging, and any confirmed customization. It is not courier transit time.

Orders are intended to ship from China to supported North American destinations through a tracked priority service. Shipment protection and signature collection are used when supported by the destination and courier. Customs, weather, address issues, inspection, and carrier delays can extend transit; estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

The live terms must state the final allocation of import duties, taxes, brokerage, title, and risk of loss based on the selected shipping and insurance arrangement. No allocation should be inferred from this pre-launch draft.

Resizing, engraving, setting, or another alteration is available only when offered for the specific piece and confirmed in writing. Scope, price, feasibility, and timing must be agreed before irreversible work begins.

For an ordinary return, contact ONCEFORMED within seven calendar days of carrier-confirmed delivery and wait for authorization and the arranged method before shipping. ONCEFORMED covers approved ordinary return transport. The exact piece must be returned unworn, unaltered, complete, and with its Stone Record and supplied packaging.

After purchaser-approved irreversible work begins, a piece cannot be returned merely for preference or change of mind. Defects, transit damage, an incorrect item, or work that materially differs from the confirmed specification remain reviewable.

Returns are matched to the permanent record and inspected for wear, damage, alteration, substitution, and completeness. An approved refund is sent to the original payment method; provider posting times may vary. A complete, unaltered piece released again keeps the same Record No. and is marked Returned to Collection rather than receiving a new identity.

Editorial stories and the language of recognition are literary and aesthetic. ONCEFORMED does not promise that a stone will diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, protect, attract love, create wealth, change luck, or produce another guaranteed personal outcome. Product information is not medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.

Purchasers should follow the care information supplied for the exact piece and seek qualified professional advice where appropriate. Natural stones, metals, settings, and finishes can be affected by impact, chemicals, heat, moisture, wear, or improper storage.

The ONCEFORMED site design, copy, photographs, Stone Record format, artwork, and original stories are protected to the extent available under applicable law. They may not be copied, scraped, republished, sold, or used to misrepresent another product without permission. Ownership of a physical piece does not transfer copyright in its images or story.

Visitors may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive requests, bypass purchase limits, submit false information, infringe rights, or use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

The final terms should include jurisdiction-appropriate warranty disclaimers and liability limits without excluding rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived. Nothing in this draft limits responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, or another liability that applicable law does not permit a business to exclude.

The governing law, required pre-dispute process, venue, and any arbitration or class-action language remain intentionally unset. These provisions must match the final operating entity, target states, and counsel’s advice before live orders open.

The effective terms may be updated prospectively. Material changes should be dated and communicated where required. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions should continue to the extent permitted by law.
