Prepared with time.Carried with care.
Every order belongs to one exact object. Its record and packaging are prepared after purchase, then released to a tracked international courier. Returns follow the same rule: the identity of the piece must remain intact.
Current policy for the first release. Destination availability, courier service, duties, and final checkout terms will be confirmed before live orders open.

Order preparation
Prepared for one order. Not pulled from a shelf.
Orders are handed to the courier within 14 business days. This is preparation time, not transit time. It allows the record, packaging, and any agreed custom work to remain specific to the piece and its purchaser.
Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. A longer custom-work timeline is used only after it is confirmed with the purchaser.
- 01
Order confirmed
The exact Stone Record is reserved against further purchase as soon as payment is captured.
- 02
Record prepared
The physical Stone Record, QR link, and order-specific packaging are assembled for the exact piece.
- 03
Custom work confirmed
If resizing, engraving, setting, or another alteration is requested, scope and timing are confirmed before irreversible work begins.
- 04
Released to the courier
The order is handed to the selected international service within 14 business days unless a different custom-work timeline is agreed in writing.
International delivery
Priority is chosen. Customs still has its own clock.
Orders ship from China to supported North American destinations. A fast courier option does not remove customs, weather, address, or carrier delays, so transit estimates remain estimates until real route performance is established.
Tracking
A shipment reference is provided after courier acceptance so the parcel can be followed in transit.
High-value handling
A tracked priority service, shipment protection, and signature collection are used when supported by the destination and selected courier.
Customs
Cross-border inspections and local clearance can extend transit. Courier estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery evidence
Carrier scans, signature records, and the delivery address supplied at checkout form the delivery record.
Seven-day return request
A return is arranged, not improvised.
For an ordinary return, ONCEFORMED pays for the approved return method. Parcels sent without authorization, to another address, or through an unapproved service fall outside that commitment.
- 01
Request
Contact ONCEFORMED within seven calendar days of carrier-confirmed delivery. Include the order reference and reason for return.
- 02
Authorization
Wait for approval and the arranged return method before shipping. ONCEFORMED covers the approved ordinary return transport.
- 03
Protect
Return the exact piece unworn, unaltered, and with its Stone Record and supplied packaging. Use the issued instructions for high-value handling.
- 04
Inspect
The returned object is matched to its permanent record and checked for wear, damage, alteration, substitution, and completeness.
- 05
Refund
An approved refund is sent to the original payment method after inspection. Bank and payment-provider posting times can vary.
Custom and altered work
Resizing, engraving, setting, or another purchaser-approved irreversible alteration cannot be returned for preference or change of mind after work begins. Defects, damage in transit, or work that materially differs from the confirmed specification remain reviewable.
Damage or an incorrect order
Report visible parcel damage or an incorrect item promptly and keep all packaging. Photographs of the parcel, label, packaging, and piece may be required so the courier or fulfillment record can be reviewed.
Returned to Collection
The piece may return. Its identity does not reset.
A complete, unaltered return can be considered for release again only after inspection. It keeps the same Record No., images, and permanent page. Its record is marked Returned to Collection; a new number is never used to hide its history.
A damaged, altered, substituted, or incomplete return is not automatically made available. Refund handling and future sale status are separate decisions.
