One piece.Clear answers.
How exact-piece releases, Stone Records, international preparation, customization, and returns work before and after a stone is found.
First-release guidance. Supported destinations, courier service, duties, and final checkout terms will be confirmed before live orders open.

01
The exact piece
What you see is what the record belongs to.
Availability, images, and status all follow one physical object. There is no representative stock behind the page.
Will I receive the exact piece shown?
Yes. Each published page belongs to one physical object. The photographs, Record No., measurements, disclosures, price, and availability all refer to that exact piece; ONCEFORMED does not use representative images or random selection.
Why is there only one available?
ONCEFORMED releases one-of-one natural stones and jewelry. When payment for an available piece is captured, it is reserved against another purchase and its status moves toward Found rather than being restocked as another copy.
What happens after a piece is sold?
Its permanent page remains in The Archive. The status changes to Found, and the exact-piece images, Record No., material disclosures, and story remain available as the history of that object.
Do you use scarcity timers or visitor counts?
No. One physical piece is already finite. ONCEFORMED does not add false countdowns, invented purchase pressure, or unverified visitor activity to make it appear more scarce.
02
Records and evidence
Known, stated, and unknown stay separate.
The Stone Record is designed to make the identity and evidence boundary of each object legible—not to make every field sound more certain than it is.
What is included in a Stone Record?
The record identifies the exact piece and may include its Record No., image, material classification, measurements, weight, known treatment, visible characteristics, care information, supportable origin, purchase date, status, and a QR link to its permanent page.
Does every piece include a gemological certificate?
Not automatically. A certificate is shown only when it belongs to the exact piece and its number, image, measurements, weight, or identifying features can be matched. A Stone Record is ONCEFORMED’s object record; it is not presented as an independent laboratory report.
How are origin and treatment claims handled?
Origin, natural status, treatment, and similar claims are published only at the level supported for that exact piece. Supplier-stated information remains labeled as such, and anything not independently confirmed is not presented as verified fact.
Do the stories describe gemstone powers?
No. A story may respond to visible lines, inclusions, color, form, or a shift of light. It does not promise medical, emotional, financial, protective, romantic, or guaranteed personal outcomes.
03
Orders, delivery, and returns
Prepared carefully. Explained plainly.
The first-release terms protect the exact piece, its documentation, and the purchaser without turning cross-border uncertainty into a false promise.
Why can preparation take up to 14 business days?
The physical Stone Record, QR link, piece-specific packaging, and any agreed custom work are prepared after purchase. The order is handed to the courier within 14 business days unless a different custom-work timeline is confirmed in writing. This is preparation time, not transit time.
How does international delivery work?
Orders will ship from China to supported North American destinations using a tracked priority service, with shipment protection and signature collection when supported. Customs, weather, address, and carrier delays can extend transit, so courier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Will I pay duties or import taxes?
Destination rules may add duties, taxes, brokerage, or clearance charges. The final responsibility, supported destinations, courier arrangement, and checkout wording will be confirmed before live orders open rather than assumed here.
Can a piece be resized, engraved, or set?
Only when that option is offered for the specific piece. Scope, price, feasibility, and timing must be confirmed before irreversible work begins. Once approved custom or alteration work starts, the piece cannot be returned simply for a change of preference.
What is the return window?
Request an ordinary return within seven calendar days of carrier-confirmed delivery. Wait for authorization and ONCEFORMED’s arranged method before shipping; ONCEFORMED covers approved ordinary return transport. The exact piece must return unworn, unaltered, complete, and with its Stone Record and supplied packaging.
What if an order arrives damaged or differs from the confirmed specification?
Report it promptly and keep the parcel, label, packaging, and piece. Photographs may be requested so the delivery and fulfillment record can be reviewed. Quality issues, transit damage, or work that materially differs from the confirmed specification remain reviewable even when custom work is involved.
Before the first release
