The piece leaves.Its record remains.

Each ONCEFORMED release includes a physical Stone Record prepared for the exact object and linked to its permanent online page. The paper travels with the piece; the identity stays in the Archive.

Visual concept for the first-release Stone Record. Final cards will use the exact piece image, verified fields, permanent Record No., and purchase date.

Inside the record

One page of facts. One permanent identity.

The physical record stays concise enough to travel with the piece. The online page carries the full set of exact-object images, factual notes, story, and status history.

01

Identity

ONCEFORMED name, permanent Record No., and an image of the exact piece.

02

Material

Mineral or gemstone description, natural or other material classification, metal, and form.

03

Measurements

Recorded dimensions and weight, using the unit appropriate to the piece.

04

Disclosure

Known treatment, visible characteristics, care considerations, and origin only when supportable.

05

Purchase date and current status without publishing the purchaser's private identity.

06

A QR code returning to the exact piece's enduring page and Archive record.

Evidence has a boundary

Known. Stated. Unverified.

Observed

Measurements, visible characteristics, construction, condition, and the behavior of the piece under stated lighting.

Documented

A certificate is attached only when its number, photograph, measurements, weight, or identifying features can be matched to the exact piece.

Supplier-stated

When a material, treatment, or origin claim has not been independently confirmed, the record says so. Unknown information remains unknown.

Never promised

We do not assign medical, financial, protective, romantic, or guaranteed personal outcomes to a stone.

Every piece leaves a record.

Each release will include a Stone Record connecting the physical piece to its photographs, verified details, care notes, and permanent archive page.

How the Stone Record works
ONCEFORMED Stone Record visual concept

Physical record. Permanent page.

The paper travels. The record remains.

01

Printed after purchase

The Record No., exact-piece thumbnail, purchase date, care notes, and QR code are prepared for the completed order rather than drawn from pre-printed generic stock.

02

Linked by QR

The code opens the permanent Stone Record URL. A title may evolve, but the Record No. and page path stay tied to the same object.

03

Preserved after Found

The page remains after the piece is no longer available, keeping its images, disclosures, and story visible in the Archive.

The object is public. The purchaser is not.

Ownership does not become exposure.

The permanent page may show that a piece was Found and when its status changed. It does not publish the purchaser's name, address, payment information, or private order details. Initials or an ownership note appear only after separate, explicit permission.

If a complete return is released again, the same Record No. remains and the page is marked Returned to Collection. The identity history belongs to the object—not to a public profile of its keeper.
